Say Hello to Coco

I've recently adopted this cutie pie, and I love waking up to this face! Even if it is at 6am on a Sunday...

Buds and Spots

Getting a little Oliva P. with this look by mixing leopard print shoes with floral pants. It's a clash I have come to appreciate.

I think Fall is the perfect season to play with different textures, which is exactly what I did here. Breezy pieces, layered under sturdier outerwear is a no brainer, but don't be afraid to play with fun accessories too! This weather is the perfect opportunity to play with some wild patterned tights!

Jacket: J Brand. Dress: Anthropologie. Scarf: World Market. Tights: Anthropologie. Shoes: Jeffrey Campbell. Pin: Vintage.

Red Carpet Round Up: 2013 Emmy's

Time for another Red Carpet Round-Up to lighten your Monday night blues! Let's get to it...

This look was simple, elegant, and Jessica looked stunning. Need I say more?

Tina has had some not so great red carpet moments, but this is a far cry from looks of the past! This dress fits her well, the cut and color is flattering, and the overall look is in no way aging. Score for my favorite funny girl!

By far my favorite look of the night, the Game of Thrones star really brought her A-game. The dress is stunning, she is stunning, and I'm coveting this look.

Monday Outfit

After a very busy weekend, where I barely spent any time at home, instead of a regular trend-spotting post, I thought I'd should you a Trendy Office look I'd like to wear tomorrow, if I could.

I'm off to review Emmy's looks, so come by tomorrow and see my top picks!

LFW: Spring 2013 Favorites

Both Pringle of Scotland, and Mulberry presented beautiful Spring shows. The use of prints, and textures was incredible, and I think they were highlight shows for me. Which collection caught your eye?

Poker Face

I've been becoming more and more daring with the types of prints, and amount of prints I've been throwing together in one look, lately. This face print dress was too quirky, and fun to pass by. Since it's a larger print scale, I though putting them together will smaller prints, like polkadots in a similar color scheme, and a paint splatter print on the shoes, would be subtle enough to barely notice.

Trench: H&M. Dress: Anthropologie. Shoes: Rachel Comey. Clutch: Anthropologie. Twig Bracelet: Madewell.

LFW: Temperley London Spring 2013

I've been a huge fan of Alice Temperley's designs since my early High School days. She always represents ethereal femininity in the most beautiful garments, and it is a goal of mine to own a few of her gowns in life- especially my wedding gown. Click here to see her whole collection.

Miss Tweedy

Sometimes throwing on the perfect hat can really bring an outfit together. This case is the perfect example. Loose tweed trousers, and a silk button up are simple pieces, so putting on the hat really brings the boyish charm out of the ensemble.

Hat: Pendleton. Blouse: Gap. Trousers: Forever 21. Flats: Madewell. Clutch: Anthropologie. Twig Bracelet: Madewell.

Treating your stripes like a neutral is probably the easiest way to go about mixing prints. It's a combo I look to time and time again, when silhouettes are simple, and classic. If I was wearing this combo, blazer, shirt, and pencil skirt, in all neutrals, it would have been far too neutral and dated. Gotta keep things fun!

Blazer: Anthropologie. Shirt: Banana Republic. Skirt: Anthropologie. Shoes: Sam Edleman. Bag: Anthropologie.
